Property & Hospitality
Multi-site IT, booking platforms and operations software for UK holiday parks, hotels, lettings agencies and property managers.
Property and hospitality businesses live or die on guest experience and operational efficiency. Wi-Fi has to work. Bookings have to flow. Housekeeping, maintenance and front-of-house all need the same data at the same time. When the systems creak, the reviews take the hit.
We support multi-site operators across the UK with both day-to-day IT (Wi-Fi, EPOS, networks, security, compliance) and the software that runs the business — booking engines, owner portals, housekeeping apps, dynamic pricing and channel management. The same team owns the network and the platform, so nothing falls between the cracks.
What we hear from property & hospitality buyers
Multi-site Wi-Fi and networking is fragile
Guest Wi-Fi, staff networks, EPOS, CCTV and door access all share infrastructure that was usually installed piecemeal over a decade. One outage and the entire site stops trading.
Booking systems do not talk to each other
PMS, channel manager, OTA listings, payment processors and accounting software each hold a slightly different version of the truth. Manual reconciliation eats hours every week.
Owner and guest expectations have shifted
Owners expect a real-time portal showing bookings, revenue and maintenance. Guests expect Airbnb-quality digital check-in, in-app upsells and instant support. Off-the-shelf PMS rarely delivers both.
Seasonality strains everything
Peak season exposes every weakness in your stack — payments, support, housekeeping coordination — exactly when you have the least slack to fix it.

Property & Hospitality FAQ
Do you support sites with poor connectivity?
Yes. We design for resilience — dual WAN with 4G or 5G failover, edge caching for EPOS and offline-first booking flows so trading continues when the line drops. Site survey is part of every onboarding.
Can you integrate with our existing PMS or channel manager?
Almost always. We have built integrations with the major UK PMS, channel manager, EPOS and payment platforms. Where an open API does not exist we use scheduled file exchanges or RPA-style automation.
Are you used to seasonal staffing patterns?
Yes. Onboarding and offboarding scale up and down with the season — fast device provisioning, time-bound access, automatic deprovisioning and seasonal training packs are part of the standard service.
Can you take over an existing platform from another supplier?
Yes. We routinely inherit half-finished or unsupported builds, audit them, stabilise them and either continue the roadmap or migrate to a maintainable replacement. We will give you an honest assessment before we start.
