Build — Custom Software

Bespoke software, built and supported by one team.

We design, build, host and support production web platforms for UK SMEs — from focused MVPs to long-running product engagements. The team that ships it is the team that runs it. No agency-to-MSP handoff. No mystery technical debt.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of custom software do you build?

Production web platforms, internal business tools, customer portals, marketplaces and integrations with line-of-business systems. Recent examples include an AI incident management platform (PathFinder AI), an HMRC-connected MTD tax platform (Regulas), a holiday park operations system (ParkSphere) and a vetted-mechanic marketplace (FixFinder).

Do you take on MVPs or only long-term builds?

Both. We run fixed-scope MVP engagements (typically eight to twelve weeks) for founders and product teams, and longer-term continuous delivery engagements for clients who want a managed product team without hiring in-house.

What technology stack do you use?

TypeScript end to end. Next.js and React on the front end, Node.js and Python on the back end, PostgreSQL for data, AWS or self-hosted Docker for infrastructure. We pick the boring, well-supported stack so the system is still maintainable in five years.

Do you also host and support what you build?

Yes. Most clients keep us on a managed hosting and support retainer after launch, which means one team owns uptime, security patching, backups and feature work. You do not get the usual handoff between an agency and an MSP.

Who owns the code and IP at the end of the project?

You do. All source code, infrastructure-as-code, designs and documentation are delivered to a repository you own from day one. There are no licence fees on the code itself.
